Interestingly enough I am also headed east for a wedding in Philadelphia.  My car is loaded with amongst other things potted irises for my niece who is the bride.

After the wedding I plan to visit members  of my old iris society in Poughkeepsie, NY.  Hopefully there will still be some TB's left in bloom and maybe if I'm lucky I'll see some stuff I never see in the Southwest, such as Siberians and Japanese.
