Re: Election of AIS Directors


The last time a ballot was mailed out was several years ago when Ms Loberg garnered the proper number of signatures on a petition and submitted her name according to the process as described in the Bylaws.

I was at the board meetings at the time and recall that she was not elected, but I don't remember hearing that the "membership" was angry. Certainly there were a few, but no definitive analysis was ever made.
