I too was surprised at the rates. The Shipping and Handling Fee is what the
USPS provided on the estimated weight of the book. USPS Shipments/Mailing fees
from USA to Canada and other International locations are at First Class rate.
Within the USA shipment is at the Media Mail Rate (Book Rate). If there is
another means of shipping the book, I would like the
particulars/information.Upon the establishment of the contract with the Print
On Demand Printer, customers will be able to go directly to that source for
the book. This Printer information will be published in the AIS Storefront
Section when available. The price of the book will be the same but there maybe
a difference in the Shipping and Handling Fee. The Printer will set their cost
