It will be on Friday, Nov 1, starting about 1030 or 1100.  The board 
meeting starts Friday evening.  Most people wanted it on Friday before 
the meetings.
Probably need to stay in hotel overnight Thursday Oct 31 or arrive at 
airport early Friday morn.
