Absolutely not. The present memberships are not paying for their costs why would one create one more non fiscally responsible membership? I suppose you would want to raise the dues of all categories if that was the case. Then give a discount on combined memberships.  I do not believe that would be prudent.

I trust that the cost of a combined membership will be significantly 
less than the sum of electronic membership and real membership.
