Motion regarding new computer for MemSec

Hello all,

With the change in voting requirments only requiring a simple majority 
to pass a motion, I have received much more than the simple majority 
needed with the two days the motion has been out for vote.  As such, the 
below motion has passed.

"That the AIS Board authorize the Membership Secretary to purchase a new 
laptop and necessary software for the MemSec operations with a budget no 
larger than $1,000."
