Suggestion to add a revision date to each version of the 2006 Awards
document as it evolves, stating the full date, ex revised July 19 2006, as
an integral part of the document, preferably somewhere at the beginning.
That way with umpteen versions floating around now or in the future people
would easily know if they have in-hand the most current/accurate version or
not.
