Motion to axcept Dallas Iris Society as hosts of 2017 Fall Board Meeting

Andi Rivarola moved and John Jones seconded the below motion.  As such, 
it is now out for discussion.

"That the AIS accept the invitation from the Iris Society of Dallas to 
host the 2017 AIS Fall Board Meeting in Dallas, Texas on November 3rd 
and 4th, 2017"
