Motion to increase shipping & Handling fees for Exhibition supplies

Based on Susan's most recent email concerning mailing costs of 
exhibition supplies, Susan Boyce moved and Lois Rose seconded the below 
motion.  As such, it is now out for discussion.

"That we raise the Shipping and Handling fee for the Exhibition supplies 
from $13.00 to $14.00 effective Jan 15, 2016."
