approval of Ron Killingsworth as Advertising Editor

Hello all,

As you may recall, President Gary White had appointed Ron Killingsworth 
as Advertising Editor, and as is the policy of the AIS, the BOD must 
approve all appointments requested by the President.  As such, I make 
the following motion.

"That we approve Ron Killingsworth as Advertising Editor"
