Just wanted to say a few words about volunteers contractors and employees  
when it comes to insurance.  Volunteers are just that there is no cost  
involved.  We have a few paid contractors such as our editor membership  
secretary, and iris registrar.  These positions do not affect the premium of  
the insurance policy.  If we start having actual employees then there is  
special coverage that must be added to the policy and it will definitely  
affect the premium.  With  AIS s in its current financial condition I do not  
believe we should be considering hiring anyone.
