The Dallas 2000 Convention Committee did a digital presentation also and I think the 2009 Kansas City Convention Committee and the 2010 Madison Convention Committee may have done one also.

A thought! Region 15 for this year's convention put together a
lovely and informative powerpoint program from photos they took of
the various gardens when in bloom in 2011. I have seen it because I
had the time to make some minor adjustments and refinements to make
it even better AND compressed to be sent via e-mail to anyone
interested in viewing it.
It is the first time since I have been AIS Digital Programs-Slides
Chair that this type of information has been provided in enough time
to get the word out.
I think this is a great idea and a easy way to spread the word easily
and cost effectively.
My two cents,
Janet Smith
