Attention RVPs;
Every year there are large regional flower shows across the country. Are you aware of those in your Region? It can be a lot of fun to have a booth at such a flower show. And if it is done well the local club can often gain members. But these are attended by people from wide areas and AIS could gain members also. I heartily encourage participation in such events and would love to see digital images showing the show and the local clubs participation uploaded to the Iris Show Calendar on the Iris Encyclopedia. Lets celebrate what we do. Below is a list of large shows that was put out on the internet by Horticulture Magazine. Check it out. If we are not participating this year it is often not to early for next year.
