Re: TB Robins?

Robins stopped flying -- for the most part -- in the skies of AIS several years ago,  probably due mostly to the advent of several things -- such as various "Iris talk" chat lines AND with the rise of Section Robins.  They -- AIS Robins --  were basically non-functional -- even as E-robins.
Perhaps Susan Boyce can provide more insights.

All,

A question came up from a member as to whether the American Iris Society still promotes Robins and specifically Tall Bearded Robins.  My first reaction was "of course," then I looked in the AIS Bulletin for a contact and there was none listed.  In this age of computers and digital communication did all the TB Robins (paper) disappear?  Does anyone know of any that are still active?

This caught me by surprise as the Median Iris Society promotes their paper Robins and has at least three that are very active, the comments of which are extracted annually for their publication The Medianite.

Please respond!
