Since the article is a valuable piece of commentary (albeit personal  
opinion) and much too long to go in the AIS Bulletin, I think it is appropriate  for 
it to be on the AIS website.  The median portions will be in the  Medianite 
but since there is much TB info that will be of interest, where better  than the 
AIS website?
