Motion to appoint Jim Morris as Managing Editor of IRISES

President Gary White has requested Jim Morris be approved as managing editor of IRISES.  As such, I move that, "Jim Morris be appointed to the position of Managing Editor of IRISES, The Bulletin of the American Iris Society."
