Perhaps the Board should decide that we should keep enough operating capital available to meet our on-going operating expenses, particularly considering the minuscule interest we are earning.

Admittedly, I have a vested interest in there being enough cash on hand to get paid on a monthly basis and will recuse myself from any future vote on such a matter.

This proposed experiditure requires cash be used months before we receive a return on our investment.  I think we table any action on the calendar until the next issue of Irises is printed and paid for in April/May.  That takes $10,000.  Dwayne Booth,  AIS Treasurer
