Hello all, At the 2010 fall board meeting in Maison, Wisconsin Bob Pries had reported in his Public Relations Committee report about the possibility of AIS putting together a committee regarding Iris display and test gardens. At the meeting a motion was made and passed that the AIS create a committee of National Collections, Display and Test Gardens. Afterward Judy had appointed Bob as Chairperson but it never went to the board for approval. In looking at the issues of IRISES, the committee is, in fact, listed. President Jim Morris is requesting a motion be made to officially name Bob Pries as the committee chair. As such I am making the below motion. Of course, it will require a second to be put out for official discussion. "That Bob Pries be named as Chairperson for the AIS National Collections, Display and Test Gardens committee" Michelle
