Are there live auctions at the Convention?

Since this is my first convention I know there is a silent auction,
but, is there a live auction too?

Reason for asking - have acquired a beautiful handmade iris wall
hanging 19 1/2 x 27 inches I would donate for it.  I think it could
bring in some monies.
