Two Dutch Firms have used this name. They obviously do not care about accuracy since the image that one of them provides is of an Iris versicolor. I am not sure how one counters this behavior. But I will send e-mails suggesting they check international registration information and question their suppliers ethics.

There is no I. pseudocorus registered with the name "Spartacus". In fact SPARTACUS is a TB registered in 1973 (previously listed in 1935 but released and re-used in 1973)
