I third the point that we need a policy on archiving material. The library committee ( i think there is one????) has not produced anything I know of

The Slide Committee has a slide scanner and a flat top
scanner.(Personal purchase but used for AIS.)  I also have used a
company that can take slides and put them onto a disc (used only when
necessary).

I AGREE WITH RITA AN ARCHIVAL POLICY NEEDS TO BE IN PLACE---2010?
