Motion to transfer funds to AIS Foundation

The time for voting on the below motion has now passed and I am pleased 
to advise the motion has passed.

"That the AIS transfer $10,005.49 to the AIS Foundation to close out the 
AIS Restricted Funds for the AIS Library and for Research&  Scientific 
Grants."
