Re: Proposed Revised RVP Handbook

Regarding the RVP Handbook:
	I, too, have changes I'm interested in seeing addressed.
	In my opinion, revising the RVP Handbook is not a "quick fix."    
Some of the changes that I believe need to happen go back to before  
Riley Probst "revised" the Handbook in the earlier part of this decade.
	I feel guilty because I can not devote the time to the changes to  
this Handbook that I believe now -- and believed earlier in this  
decade -- need to be done.
