I use Scan Pro on my iPhone 7.
I love it.
The software uses your iPhone camera to "copy" any document, and it adjusts
the picture taken so it looks like a perfect document, even if the shot was
in an angle or if there are flaws in the way the picture looks.
Black and white documents are perfect.
The output is a PDF document that can be emailed, saved, or uploaded to the
cloud.
Fully recommend it too.
