    It regrettable that some forget the volunteer  aspect and dedication 
service the Board members render.
 
    I was always amazed and greatly impressed by the  efforts all Board 
members gave in service to AIS when I server on the Board. It  distresses me to 
read the personal insults and innuendos in some of this  correspondence.
 
    Constructive suggestions are always useful and  healthy for any 
organization, but some of the recent comments have no place in  our discussions and 
can be very destructive. Its hard enough to get good people  to serve 
without ascribing some nefarious or self serving agenda to the Board  members.
