Perhaps it could be suggested that clubs could meet at a facility, like 
a library that has a lap top and projector available. My local club 
meets at the library and has used a lap top and projector provided free 
by the library. Some clubs may meet at facilities that have the 
equipment, but may not be aware of it. Most churches, extension offices, 
and community centers have the equipment, some may ask a fee for usage, 
but many do not.
