Convention RVP Meeting - Invitation

All RVPs (or their designated reps) are URGED to attend the meeting at the
Convention designed JUST for YOU!

Tuesday, May 12, 2009
8:00 am - 9:00 am RVP Reception

Includes Continental Breakfast!!  Great opportunity to meet your fellow
RVPs and share problems and questions in an informal setting before the
business meeting.

9:00 am - 10:30 am RVP Board of Counselors - (All RVPs).

Many topics of importance to all RVPs will be reviewed such as
Affiliation, Conventions, Exhibitions,  Insurance,  Legal issues such as
Tax Exemptions, Program Resources, Symposium and Youth Activities by the
AIS Committee Chairs.  Bring your questions and suggestions !!

All AIS Board Members, especially Committee Chairs, are also URGED to
attend to welcome the RVPs (who are the direct link to the AIS membership)
and present information to make their job easier and more effective.  Any
informative handouts will be appreciated.

We look forward to seeing you at Breakfast on Tuesday May 12th.
