Hello Jill and all,

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to all of you by the later mailing of the Ballots.? I did not realize that it would do so.? It had been suggested that they be mailed later so that judges would not tend to mislay them before voting!?? 

The Ballots were mailed by the printer last week and should be received by everyone by?Monday or Tuesday, at the latest.

I look forward to seeing you all in Kansas City!

Thanks so much for putting the ballot on the web...Just to let you know that as 
of today April 17th I still have not received my printed ballot in the mail...I 
have heard other people have received theirs already???  I am printing out the 
web ballot to take to our Region trek this weekend...
