I suggest that the Region Rep, who is a voting member of the Board and who
attends Board meetings and the RVP meeting at the National Convention, be the
liaison between the Regions and the Public Relations and Electronic Services
Committees. The Region Rep could check with every RVP twice a year (in advance
of the National meeting and the Fall Board meeting) to get up to date info on
all affiliates, and make a standard report to the Elec Serv and PR Committees
of changes in affiliate information.
This could start in Okla City.

Hi All,
As John Jones worte in his discussion on communications, he and I have
addressed part of this issue by my sending a copy of my official AIS affiliates
report to him so he can update our website annually. My report comes out in
mid-April each year. I'll be happy to copy any other AIS officers or chairpersons
who wish to also have a copy.
The RVP Rep. might be able to provide an update from some regions for the
fall Board meeting, but I suspect that many RVPs don't even have a system of
tracking their affiliate officers more frequenly than annually during the AIS
affiliation process.
Cheers!
