The AIS MemSec in Cedar Hill has not received his yet but heard from  new 
member in Augusta KS that she received hers!  It's on it's way.   AIS MemSec has 
received two returns so far (they are sent back 1st class mail)  so at least 
we have seen it - great issue Bruce!
