Everyone:
   This is not intended to start a repeat of the earlier discussions on 
"late bulletins".   But no one mentioned when the new April bulletin has 
started to be received... so here goes.   I got my three copies of the April 
AIS bulletin (mine, son, and club) two days ago.   Heck, that is probably 
the fastest I've ever gotten them!
