Dear Board Members:
 
If you all proceed along the lines proposed, may I suggest the motion be  
amended to provide that the full minutes be posted on the AIS web site as  soon 
as possible after each meeting of the Board.  This would be easy  enough to do, 
and would make them available to most people who  are interested without 
having to ask. 
 
You might even consider keeping a "Minutes Archive" on the web page, to  make 
it easy to research issues and to retain a source  for research.  Just a 
suggestion.   Clarence
