RE: Fall Board Meeting Motions

Hi Cheryl,

I mearly thought of the new Affiliates Chair, because I thought that during
the board meeting it was discussed that each Affiliate President would have
to print out the Symposium ballot and hand out to their members.  I
personally don't care if it is the Symposium chair or the Affiliates chair
who is the contact with the Affiliate Presidents in this matter.

Why would the Affiliates Chair answer a question that the Symposium Chair,
Gerry Snyder, should be answering?
