RE: Motion re transfer of funds to AIS Foundation

Don, As a new RVP you're welcome to discuss this issue, but you are not a
voting member of the AIS Board. This motion did pass on Dec. 4. Our
Treasurer, Jill Bonino can explain more fully, but the transfer has to do
with the change in the procedure for handling donated funds to AIS that will
now go to the AIS Foundation to be administered. See the next issue of
IRISES for the correct way to send donations now.
