This is in response to the email just sent by Paul Gossett. Since he is
not able to make a motion I propose the following:
"That the AIS direct Paul Gossett to sign a contract with the Doubletree
Hotel in New Orleans, LA for the 2013 AIS Fall Board Meeting."
