Re: Hosting 2013 National Iris Convention
Greetings,
On behalf of the Iris Society or Dallas we would like to extend an
invitation to the American Iris Society to host the 2013 national
convention in Dallas, Texas. The dates we have considered are Monday,
April 15, 2013 through Saturday. April 20, 2013.
We have seven gardens that have agreed to be on tour if Dallas should be
chosen for the convention
site. They are” Annette Brown & Janice Thompson from the Sherman-Denison
area north of Dallas, Farmers Branch Historical Park, Begley–Nichols in
Mesquite, Tom Burseen in Grand Prairie, Gordon Carver, RVP Region 17 in
Weatherford, and The Clark Botanical Garden in Mineral Wells.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
