Actually; almost 2 weeks ago today the motion was made
and seconded on confer, shortly afterword it was
objected that it should have been made on discuss amd
i moved and it was seconded there. It is now just
about due to be moved to vote. I am very much in favor
of there being an adequare time for comment but in
this case it is reasonably crtical for this to go
foerward quickly since the University year is about to
commence and our investigator needs to be making
plans. i hope when it goes to vote shortly it can be
quickly voted upon. There have been no objections so
far.
